On March 28, 2015, Representatives from Hongsa Power Company Limited, Government Relations Deputy Director, Mr Yuthana Chulpanthong along with company officials presented 30 million kip to Phonechan Village Headman Mr Simoun Sithivohan as a contribution to build a new monk's dwelling of Phonechan temple
