Hongsa Power Welcomes Ministry of Industry and Commerce of Lao PDR Delegation for a Visit to Hongsa Thermal Power Plant Project

On August 19, 2026, Hongsa Power Company Limited, led by Mr. Surawut Kosintrakulchai, Deputy Managing Director – Power Plant, welcomed Mr. Por. Soukvison Kinsamon, Deputy Head of the Inspection Department, Ministry of Industry and Commerce of Lao PDR, together with a delegation from the Lao State Holding Enterprise, on the occasion of their visit to the Hongsa Thermal Power Plant Project.

The visit aimed to facilitate knowledge exchange and enhance understanding of the Hongsa Thermal Power Plant Project’s operations, covering electricity generation processes, energy management, and business operations guided by ESG principles, with a focus on social, environmental, and good governance considerations in alignment with the Company’s sustainability policy.

The visit also reflected the Company’s commitment on the occasion of its 10th anniversary of operations. Over the past decade, Hongsa Power has remained committed to strengthening energy security while supporting community development, creating shared value with stakeholders, and building trust through transparent, responsible, and accountable operations under the concept of “Powering with CARE.”
