Hongsa Power Wins the 2026 SEA GOLD MIKE Award, Elevating Excellence in Leadership, Knowledge Management, and Innovation at the Regional Level

On 8 September 2026, Hongsa Power Company Limited received the “2026 SEA GOLD MIKE Award,” the Gold-level award, which represents the highest level of the SEA MIKE Award. The award was granted following an assessment by an international panel of 35 distinguished experts from 14 countries, recognizing organizations with outstanding achievements in leadership, knowledge management, organizational learning, and innovation. This achievement is a source of great pride for Hongsa Power as the company celebrates its 10th anniversary of operations.

The Southeast Asia Most Innovative Knowledge Enterprise Award, or SEA MIKE Award, is organized by the Institute of Knowledge and Innovation – Southeast Asia (IKI-SEA), Bangkok University. The assessment reflects Hongsa Power’s visionary leadership and strong commitment of its senior management (Executive Leadership) in setting clear directions and leading organizational transformation, supported by strong organizational capabilities that enable the effective translation of strategies into knowledge management and operational practices.

In addition, Hongsa Power was assessed in key areas including Strategic Knowledge Management, Operational Knowledge Management, Innovation Outcomes, and responsiveness to Stakeholders’ Expectations and Needs. These achievements demonstrate the company’s ability to systematically connect leadership, knowledge, organizational learning, and innovation with its operations.

Receiving this award therefore reflects not only the success of knowledge management and innovation, but also external recognition of Hongsa Power’s excellence in leadership, organizational capabilities, and a culture of innovation that the company has continuously developed and strengthened across the organization. This achievement serves as a clear affirmation of Hongsa Power’s capabilities in leadership, knowledge management, and innovation, recognized at the international level.

Following its success in receiving the 2026 SEA GOLD MIKE Award, Hongsa Power is now eligible to submit its entry for the 2026 Global MIKE Award. The management team will proceed with the application in accordance with the relevant process, with the award ceremony expected to be held in Hong Kong on 23 April 2027.
