Hongsa Power Company Joins Meeting with the Princess Maha Chakri Award Foundation (PMCAF) Committee in Vientiane Capital

On September 8, 2025, Hongsa Power Company Limited, participated in a meeting with the Princess Maha Chakri Award Foundation (PMCAF) Committee in Vientiane Capital.

The meeting was chaired by H.E. Morakot Sriswasdi, Ambassador of Thailand to the Lao PDR, and attended by PMCAF Committee Members together with representatives from 12 leading Thai companies investing in the Lao PDR. Participants exchanged views and shared recommendations to enhance cooperation.

The objective of the meeting was to foster collaboration in education and social development. As part of the program, the PMCAF Committee also visited the Ministry of Education and Sports of the Lao PDR to discuss coordination mechanisms and to provide updates on the upcoming 6th Princess Maha Chakri Award Ceremony, scheduled for October 15, 2025. The Committee additionally engaged with local media and Thai businesses in the Lao PDR to promote awareness and invite broader participation in PMCAF activities.

During the session, representatives from all 12 companies presented their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, particularly in supporting education and providing scholarships for local youth in their respective areas of operation.

For its part, Hongsa Power Company Limited presented its ongoing initiatives and strategic approaches, reflecting the company’s strong commitment to advancing education and social development in collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
