Hongsa Power Supports the 2025 Boat Racing Festival in Xayaboury Province.

On October 8, 2025, Hongsa Power Company Limited, led by Mr. Jirasak Tipbumroong, Deputy Managing Director of the Mining Division, together with the company’s executives and staff, participated in the opening ceremony of the 2025 Boat Racing Festival in Xayaboury Province at Tha Ban Pong Boat Racing Grounds, Xayaboury Municipality. The ceremony was honored by the presence of General Chansamon Chanyalad, Member of the Central Party Committee and Deputy Prime Minister of the Lao PDR, as the presiding guest.

The event was attended by prominent officials, including the district leadership led by Mr. Pengnilan Khampanpeng, Deputy Secretary of the Xayaboury Province Party Committee, city leadership, representatives from government agencies and private sectors, as well as a large number of local residents from Xayabuli District and neighboring districts. The gathering created a lively and harmonious atmosphere, reflecting the strong spirit of community participation.

The Xayaboury Province Boat Racing Festival is an annual event of great cultural significance, aimed at preserving and promoting local traditions. In 2025, Hongsa Power Company Limited contributed 50,000,000 LAK in support of the festival, reinforcing community unity and helping to safeguard and sustain the rich cultural heritage of the region.
