Hongsa Power Grants Scholarships to Empower Youth in Xienghone District

On October 21, 2025, Hongsa Power Company Limited, led by Mr. Kathayuth Chupoon, Managing Director, awarded scholarships for the 2025–2026 academic year to secondary school students in Xienghone District.

The ceremony was honored by Mr. Seng-Athit Laobriyatoh, Secretary of the Xienghone District Party Committee, who graciously accepted the scholarships on behalf of the student recipients.

The presentation took place during the Xienghone District Kathin Merit-Making Ceremony at Ban Lab Primary School, with district leaders, representatives from government and private sectors, as well as Hongsa Power staff joining the event in a warm and supportive atmosphere.

This year, the company awarded 10 scholarships totaling 50 million kip to students with outstanding academic performance and good conduct, aiming to support their continued education and personal development toward becoming valuable members of society.

This scholarship initiative reflects Hongsa Power’s firm belief that “Education is the key to development,” and reinforces the company’s ongoing commitment to creating learning opportunities for a brighter and more sustainable future for the youth and communities of Xienghone District.
