Hongsa Power Supports Public Health by Donating Medical Equipment to Xayabouli Provincial Hospital

On 11 January 2026, Hongsa Power Company Limited, in collaboration with Xayabouli Province, held a ceremony to present financial support to Xayabouli Provincial Hospital for the procurement of medical equipment and the enhancement of public healthcare services, with a total budget of LAK 587,400,000.

The ceremony was presided over by Mr. Douangta Xayvud, Governor of Xayabouli Province, and was attended by Mr. Kathayuth Chupoon, Managing Director of Hongsa Power Company Limited. On this occasion, Dr. Kaiyason Sida, Head of the Xayabouli Provincial Department of Health, delivered the opening remarks outlining the objectives of the ceremony. The event was held at the Main Conference Hall, Xayabouli Provincial Governor’s Office.

This support forms part of Hongsa Power’s commitment to sustainable development under the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) framework, particularly the Social dimension, which emphasizes the continuous improvement of quality of life and well-being for communities in the project area and across Xayabouli Province.
