Hongsa Power Supports Hongsa District Agricultural Cooperative to Drive Sustainable Community Economy

On 28 January 2026, the Social Development Department, Corporate Affairs Division of Hongsa Power Company Limited organized a meeting to review the operational performance of the Hongsa District Agricultural Promotion Cooperative for 2025 and to present its operational plan for 2026. The meeting was held at the Field Operations Meeting Room, Social Development Department, Ban Nakaenkham.

The meeting was co-chaired by Mr. Onchan Bounyavong, Deputy Head of the Hongsa District Administration; Ms. Kaewduangsone Sihalad, Manager of the Social Development Department, Corporate Affairs Division, Hongsa Power Company Limited; and Mr. Chuen Tawa, Chairman of the Hongsa District Agricultural Promotion Cooperative. Representatives from government agencies, relevant company employees, and cooperative members attended the meeting.

During the meeting, participants reviewed the cooperative’s operational performance and financial results for 2025. The cooperative currently has 145 members across nine occupational groups and operates five main business categories, reflecting its important role in income generation, strengthening the local economy, and improving the quality of life of the community.

The meeting also jointly defined the direction and strategic plan for 2026, aiming to ensure aligned operations among the cooperative and its occupational groups, promote effective collaboration, and support sustainable growth alongside the community.
