HPC Awarded Certificate of Commendation for Outstanding Contribution Obligations for 5 Consecutive Years

On 31 October 2025, Mr. Jirasak Thipbumrung, Deputy Managing Director – Mining Division of Hongsa Power Company Limited (HPC), represented the company’s executives at the celebration ceremony of the 75th Anniversary of the Financial Sector’s Growth and Development (13 August 1950 – 13 August 2025) held at the National Assembly Hall, Vientiane Capital.

The event was honored by the presence of H.E. Mr. Sonexay Siphandone, Prime Minister of the Lao PDR, who presided over the opening ceremony and delivered a keynote address recognizing the achievements of the financial sector and organizations contributing to the nation’s development with dedication and transparency.

On this occasion, Hongsa Power Company Limited received the Certificate of Commendation – Category 1, awarded to organizations that have continuously fulfilled their contribution obligations at the national level for five consecutive years (2020–2024). The prestigious certificate was presented by H.E. Mr. Santiphab Phomvihane, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Executive Committee, and Minister of Finance of the Lao PDR.

This recognition reflects HPC’s commitment, responsibility, and transparent operations as a key contributor in the energy sector, supporting the economic growth and sustainable development of the Lao PDR.
