Hongsa Power Co., Ltd. (HPC) opened an exhibition in the 21st Meeting of HAPUA (Head of ASEAN Power Untilities/Authorities), hosted by Electricité du Laos at Don Chan Palace Hotel, Vientiane, Lao PDR.  There are representatives from 10 countries, members of ASEAN, participated in this event.  As the first thermal power plant in Laos, HPC presented the development of the project, especially the results of resettlement management, community development and income generation programs after the relocation, including development of life safety, health care and environment management in Hongsa city that HPC has to implement complying with the Word Bank Standards.
